  • Booking Policy: Seafarers will process 100% upon booking against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied.

  • Non Acceptance of Bookings: Seafarers shall have total discretion in the acceptance of bookings made online or in any other way. Seafarers management may refuse to accept or terminate a booking for any reason.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations more than 7 days from arrival incur a $20 admin charge.
    Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-show forfeit the cost of the booking. No refunds on early departures. Alterations are permissible if received in writing more than 7 days prior to arrival date and are subject to availability.

  • Special Requests: Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact Seafarers for confirmation.

  • Conditions of Stay: Seafarers Getaway Rules and Conditions apply to all bookings and are a condition of stay. The rules include limitations on vehicle speeds, excess noise and acceptable conduct.

  • Children and extra beds:
    –  Extra beds not available.
    –  Infants under 2 years old stay free.
    –  Children 2 years old and over are guests.
    –  Cots are available for $25 per stay.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed.
